The Irish Culture and History Committee identifies ways we can celebrate our Irish history and culture and share stories on important Irish women in Irish and American history as well as today.

- Irish history/culture presentation-Story of St. Brigid and making of the St. Brigid’s Cross
- Presentations at meetings/Facebook posts on women in Irish & American history
- Donated a trophy to Feis for Irish Dancing championship
- Hosted the Druids for a concert of stories and song.
- Trips:
- Irish Hunger Memorial/Lunch at Pub
- Ellis Island/ Willy Wall Barge
- Irish Tenement Museum Tour/McSorley’s Pub
The Social Committee plans fun events for the group that encourage camaraderie and social interactions.
